Shipping policy

In stock items will be shipped out within 3 business days. Standard shipping includes USPS unless otherwise requested. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided once your order has shipped. For earlier delivery, we are happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. Once leaving our facility, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee shipping times.

Pecan Row is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service so they can assist you.

Please note you are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Any fees or extra charges due to incorrect shipping information by the customer are your responsibility.

We will notify you within our shipping time frame if for some reason your item is unavailable or on backorder.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 5 miles of our storefront location. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery. We currently do not offer local delivery for locations over 5 miles of our storefront.

Deliveries are made from 10-5PM Monday through Friday. Please contact us directly at (706) 360-8884 for local deliveries.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup!

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
